Exciting News from Golden Sands Property Management!



This isn’t our typical post, but we have something special to share. We’re thrilled to announce that we are now the proud managing agents for an incredible trust in Cornwall that provides homes to the mature residents of the locality!



After a few busy days of meeting all the wonderful occupants in their homes, we couldn’t be more excited to dive in. Our commitment goes beyond just maintaining properties and grounds—we’re here to support and care for the entire community. We have heard some brilliant stories from some amazing people over cups of tea and we look forward to many more.

🎉 Well, Hayle has officially hit the holiday season! It's wonderful to see so many people enjoying our beautiful seaside town. 🌊

We know that traffic can get a bit hectic this time of year, so if you're running late to any of our meetings or appointments, we totally understand. Thank you for your patience during this busy season!

Just a quick reminder: if you're visiting our Golden Sands Property Management office, there's a car park opposite our office for your convenience. Don't forget to get a ticket, as the ticket man is always around this time of year. 🚗🅿️

We hope everyone has a fantastic summer, and the kids enjoy their 6 weeks off. Fingers crossed for plenty of sunshine! ☀️
