I would like to say a huge thank you to Tean for everything she did throughout our house purchase.
From my understanding, Tean's primary role was to act on behalf of the sellers, but throughout the entire process she felt like the perfect go-between. Whenever there were delays, confusion, or difficulties getting information through solicitors, I always knew I could contact Tean and she would get things moving. More often than not, she was in touch with the sellers incredibly quickly and came back with updates when nobody else seemed able to.
Buying a house can be a stressful and frustrating experience, and honestly, Tean made the whole process survivable. She was an absolute asset from start to finish.
What impressed me most was her reliability. I know she was incredibly busy, often moving between offices and carrying out viewings, but she never failed to call me back when she said she would, and she always provided updates when she promised them. That level of professionalism and communication is so valuable in this day and age, especially when so many people simply don't do what they say they're going to do.
It was so reassuring to have someone I could ask questions to, someone who genuinely listened, responded promptly, and acted as an effective link between myself and the sellers. Her communication, commitment, and willingness to help made a huge difference during what could have been a much more stressful process.
Thank you, Tean. You are a real credit to the team, and I genuinely appreciate everything you did to help us get our purchase over the line.
