Ultrabeam Hydrographic are having an open day for World Hydrography Day on June 21st. Please come down to Hayle and join us.

We will be carrying out unmanned vehicle demos on the Hayle estuary, Cornish cream teas in the afternoon, presentations, talks, BBQ and drinks in the evening.

A sneak peek at Project Axolotl! The first images we have released showing the build of our new amphibious platform being built for DSTL's Map the Gap Phase 2. The original Phase 1 vehicle, Argonaut, is shown in the background for scale. Argonaut is still fully functional and being used on surveys of rivers, bridges, beaches, estuaries, ports and harbours.

Ultrabeam Hydrographic are thrilled to have been selected by Defence and Security Accelerator to further develop Project Argonaut for the Map the Gap Phase 2 competition.

An exciting, innovative amphibious vehicle is being developed for Phase 2. In collaboration with MSubs Ltd and Marine AI, Argonaut 2.0 uses an advanced artifical intelligent autopilot system for autonomous navigation and decision making.

Building on the success of the Phase 1 Project Argonaut solution, Argonaut 2.0 will use Ultrabeam's industry-leading 3D marine survey experience and technology to provide a holistic mapping solution of complex wet gap environments.
