This old sandstone patio and turf had seen better days. So we relayed the patio and jet washed it with Fresh new top soil and turf.

Then added a new closeboard fence around the bin store.

This patio failed due to no adhesive/primer on the back of the tiles and lack of sub base.
So we ripped it up installed new 100mm MOT sub base and a 100mm concrete base and relayed the existing tiles. 

Nice little concrete base added inside the garage.
