Might not look much but this little corner was so high the neighbours was getting damp. We’ve now lowered below their concrete base, whilst also exposing base of palisade fencing.

A little more and a tad deeper then we can lay some concrete to tidy up this corner.

A few more restoration jobs, having found the sliding gate runners, rust ground off and the spray galvanised, then the last two feet the concrete needed lifting to ensure gate rolls fully open easily.
A few minor plumbing tweaks and a waste that actually goes into the sewer….not the yard.
And finally removing fence posts and lengths of timber from rafters and then cleaning the toilet roof of debris…including a pressure washer lance and hose!

A massive change from over grown to found! It’s really heart warming to have neighbours that are helpful and friendly. With some simple manners asking can we tidy up parts, even though it’s not on our land for the benefit of all.

Makes a change from other locations where we have had arrogant rude almost child like neighbours! Just ask next time the answer will most likely be yes if you just accept it’s not yours and ask those whose it is…
