Just a quick update on the progress at our Bourne property. Having painted the wall we needed to paint the bottom two courses, but not just black paint.
This is a brush on damp proof membrane to help prolong life of the wall and ingress of water.

And there’s more! lol windows now undercoated gloss and damp proof to bottom two courses to be done …..

Might not look much but this little corner was so high the neighbours was getting damp. We’ve now lowered below their concrete base, whilst also exposing base of palisade fencing.

A little more and a tad deeper then we can lay some concrete to tidy up this corner.
