A message to our customers

We’d like to apologise to anyone currently waiting for work to begin or be completed. I haven’t forgotten you.

Over recent months, our organisation and scheduling haven’t been at the standard we expect of ourselves. Alongside running our small family business,

I’ve also been dealing with a difficult divorce and becoming a full-time dad to my 7-year-old daughter, which has affected planning more than I anticipated.

We’re now putting better systems in place, working through outstanding jobs and improving communication and timescales moving forward.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support of our small family business.
