This one definitely came with a few ups and downs along the way, but thanks to the patience and understanding from both the buyers and sellers, we got there in the end.

It’s always such a lovely feeling seeing everything finally come together after a long sales progression, especially knowing they can now settle in and enjoy the summer in their new homes

One thing I promised myself when I started this journey was that I would always give my clients the time, care and attention they truly deserve.

The only way I can do that properly is by managing my diary carefully and limiting the number of properties I take on at one time.

I’ll never be the agent who says yes to everything, overpromises, or chases numbers just to get more boards out there. That’s simply not what I’m about.

For me, it has always been about offering a personal service, being present for my clients, and doing the job properly from start to finish

Is Now a Good Time to Sell in East Sussex?

It’s the question everyone is asking right now… and the honest answer is: it depends on your situation, your goals, and your reason for moving.

The market is constantly shifting, and the truth is… nobody has a crystal ball

All we can do is look at the current data, trends, and what’s happening right now in the East Sussex property market.

And honestly… is there ever a perfect market?

There will always be a reason to wait, always a headline in the news, and always an excuse to hold off. But life doesn’t stand still, and sometimes the right move is simply the one that feels right for you.

Here’s what we’re seeing

Average property prices in East Sussex are currently sitting around £420,000 overall, according to recent Rightmove data.

Rightmove are predicting a modest 2% rise in asking prices through 2026, with affordability slowly improving and motivated buyers still active in the market.

Well-priced homes are still selling steadily, even with buyers having more choice than they did a year ago.

One thing that has become really important is pricing correctly.

Homes that come to market overpriced are taking longer to sell, while realistically priced homes are still attracting strong interest.
