We have started work on our largest renovation yet

Changing this 3 bed semi detached house into a 6 bed HMO

The garage will become a bedroom and we have completely reconfigured the ground floor to add an extra bedroom and make the lounge smaller
Work will soon begin to convert the loft into another bedroom
