Stay like this: An autumn getaway by the sea, with Mousehole just down the road.
At The Summer House, a cosy autumn stay is always on the cards.
Start the day slowly. A morning coffee with the balcony doors open, nothing planned too early.
By mid morning, wander down into Mousehole. Pick up something fresh from a local deli, take a walk around the harbour and get yourself a little lost in the picturesque winding lanes.
Head back for lunch at the house or even out in the garden, then spend the afternoon properly unwinding, maybe a dip in the pool, simply enjoying the space and quiet around you. Or if feeling more energetic, head out onto one of the many paths and explore the area on foot; ideally with a four-legged friend by your side.
Later in the day, head out west. If you feel like something a little different, an evening at the Minack Theatre is always memorable, set above the sea with the light changing as the performance begins.
Or keep it simple. Back into Mousehole for supper, then return to the house for a quiet evening, grab a hot chocolate and snuggle up with a blanket for a spot of star gazing.
