Are you concerned about the calibre and suitability of prospective tenants? Comprehensive references are conducted by a third party company specialising in tenant referencing. Prospective tenants are accompanied on viewings so we are able to further gauge their suitability. Any tenant who successfully passes the referencing process will qualify for a free rent insurance policy, meaning the rent is fully guaranteed * should they default on payments for the first six months of their tenancy. This is renewable for a small
premium after the initial six months has elapsed.

🤝 How does our Helping Hands project work?

It’s simple, when a member of our community needs a little extra help with a practical job, our members come together to lend a hand.

Whether it’s clearing a garden, tackling a DIY job or simply helping someone who could do with an extra pair of hands, Helping Hands is about supporting each other while raising funds for good causes.

In return for our time and effort, we ask for a donation to Helston Lizard Rotary, which goes towards supporting our local community and the causes we care about. 💙

NEWS FLASH!-Landlords.
Rollout of the new national landlord database will start in December – with landlords to pay £65 per property per year to register.
It is mandatory for all private sector landlords in England to sign up to the register, which is being introduced under phase two of the Renters' Rights Act.
A full timetable of regional rollouts has now been confirmed, starting in the West Midlands.
