Prospective tenants are accompanied on viewings so we are able to further gauge their suitability. Any tenant who successfully passes the referencing process will qualify for a free rent insurance policy, meaning the rent is fully guaranteed * should they default on payments for the first six months of their tenancy. This is renewable for a small
premium after the initial six months has elapsed.
