Why we won Commercial Conversion of the Year (and why the numbers surprised us). 🏆
We recently won “Commercial Conversion of the Year” for our Grade II listed project in Marlow.
But here is the reality check: The numbers on this project were good (23% on GDV), but they weren’t our best. For comparison, our 14-unit site in Abingdon hit a massive 38% margin on GDV.
So why did Marlow take the win? Because development is about more than just the profit margin, it’s about how you engineer the risk.
