Before & After and now ready to welcome its very first guests.

Projected managed from start to finish by yours truly. 🙋🏻‍♀️

This house already had a renovated kitchen and bathroom and was brimming with character, but the hallways, stairs, landing, and bedrooms?

Let’s just say… they needed a little (ok, a lot) of love.

Fast forward to 2 months later and everything’s been renovated, staged, and styled for short-term rental, and it’s officially guest-ready from next week.

Massive shoutout to the loveliest owners who are absolute dream clients. They handed over the budget, gave me full creative control (legends), and basically said, “Do your thing, just keep it on budget.” 😂 Mission accepted and completed.

Now this place is all set to bring in income and five-star reviews.

In the words of Micky Flanagan: “I’m double busy.”

One of my latest projects has been a bit of a switch-up.
Full - on project management meets hands-on renovation of a charming 3-bed character home in Hereford.

The lovely owners couldn’t manage the reno themselves (life, work, kids… you know the drill), so they handed me the budget and the brief. The plan?
💡 Renovate
💡 Stage
💡 Set it up as a short-term let
💡 Make them money while they don’t live in it

They’ll use it as a base when they’re in town and eventually move in. But, in the meantime, it’s earning, looking sharp, and already increased in value.
A triple win: income, investment, and a holiday home.

Here’s a taste of what’s been keeping me busy:
✅ Ripped out ancient carpets
✅ Peeled wallpaper off ceilings (send sympathy)
✅ Filled, sanded, and painted pretty much every surface
✅ Repaired parquet flooring and original front door
✅ Upgraded electrics, blinds, toilet seat (yes, even that)
✅ New wardrobes, carpets, the works

Staging kicks off 9th June
But first… a much-needed holiday.
