Hitting half way through the year, and nearing the 3 year mark of being self employed, freelancing to 19 businesses - 12 of which are holiday lets, and all of which were gained from word of mouth/recommendations.
In varying degrees depending on the client, providing my services to these businesses means I bear the responsibility of reputation, expectation, effectiveness & income, x19! If you wonder why I never update this page or take 3-5 working days to reply, this might help to explain why 😅
My creative bones are always looking for projects to get stuck into so my latest gig is with and it’s so much fun being involved in a such a cool company and lovely little team. The best business move I’ve made this year for sure ✨
Self employed life can be daunting, lonely, overwhelming and exhausting in equal measure but having had time to sit back and review the last 6 months - 3 years, the sense of accomplishment, time & financial freedom and flexibility far outweighs any (and there’s been a few!!) wobbles that I’ve had *so far*!
I’ve got lots of ideas, too many plans and a few itches to scratch so who knows when / what my next bizznizz update will be… but if you’ve made it to this far, thanks for reading my lil pat on the back to myself! 👩🏼💻💭
