The bits nobody notices… until they’re dirty. 👀😂

COMMUNITY ❤️ | Fundraiser launched to support local family following devastating diagnosis.

A fundraising appeal has been launched to support a local father who has been given a devastating diagnosis.

Simon Hissey, described by a close friend and former colleague as “one of the strongest men I’ve ever met”, has recently been given the devastating news that he has a brain tumour.

A GoFundMe appeal has now been launched to provide financial support for his three sons — Joe, Lloyd and nine-year-old Arthur — as they face an incredibly difficult period and prepare for life after their father.

Simon’s friend, who organised the fundraiser, said Simon was initially reluctant to have an appeal set up because of his pride and independence.

However, the decision was made out of a desire to give his sons some financial security as they begin the next chapter of their lives.

Arthur, who is just nine, has already experienced the loss of his mother, who died when he was a baby. He and his two older brothers are now facing the prospect of losing their father too.

Arthur is expected to move to Manchester to live with his eldest brother Joe and Joe’s partner.

The fundraiser is intended to help the brothers with the practical and financial challenges that lie ahead.

“Arthur is only nine years old and has already lost his beautiful mum when he was just a baby,” a friend said.

“Now Arthur and his two older brothers are having to digest the fact that they will soon be losing their wonderful father, Simon.

“Please, if you could spare anything at all for them to get their next chapter started, it would mean the absolute world.”

Some cleans require extra precautions, specialist equipment and a team who know how to tackle the job safely and properly. It might not be the most fashionable look we’ve ever rocked, but safety ALWAYS comes first.

Okay, this one deserves a moment. 😍🧽

We’re not going to pretend this was a quick wipe over and job done… this cupboard needed some serious attention. 😂

Built-up dirt, old marks and plenty hiding in the corners, but that’s exactly the kind of transformation we LOVE getting stuck into.

A proper scrub, a lot of elbow grease and look at the difference. ✨

This is why we open the cupboards, get into the corners and clean the bits that are very easy to shut the door on and pretend don’t exist. 👀😂

This sink had definitely seen better days, with grime and build-up sitting around the taps, plughole and all those little edges where dirt loves to settle.

Okay… THIS one is satisfying. 😍🧽

Extractor fans are very good at doing their job, but unfortunately that also means they’re very good at collecting grease, grime and all the things you definitely don’t want to look at too closely. 😂

This one needed a proper clean, not just a quick wipe around the outside. We got right inside, tackled the build-up and brought it back to looking like it should.

The places you can’t see are just as important as the ones you can. 👀✨
