Private leadership team retreat near Hay-on-Wye.

The best working conversations rarely happen in a meeting room. When was the last time you took your team away to think, talk, plan, and do their best work?

Step out of the noise.

Weekend group stay near Hay-on-Wye, before the festival crowds arrive. Hay Festival Winter Weekend runs 26 to 29 November, but you can avoid the crowds and have the book town to yourselves.

We have last minute availability for the weekend of 13 to 15 November: browse the bookshops in peace, walk in the Brecon Beacons (Bannau Brycheiniog), then gather round the fire with the whole group. Westbrook is just seven minutes from Hay, your winter cultural bolthole for walking, writing, celebrations and art.

The year is racing away and everyone is booking last minute, so don’t miss out. December weekends are going fast, with midweek dates still open.
