An EPC is required for most buildings that are built, sold or rented. In addition from April 2018 landlords must ensure that their properties obtain a minimum ‘E’ rating in order to let their properties.

HIVE EPCs Ltd are experienced providers of energy performance certificates to home sellers and landlords and also provide a consultation service to assist in obtaining the minimum rating for landlords. Areas covered include Canterbury, Thanet, Folkestone, Dover, Ashford and Maidstone.
