David and Janice were the buyers of one of my properties, so technically I wasn’t even their estate agent!

They were buying their first home in the UK.

Fantastic result for my lovely clients! 🏡💗

After numerous offers that weren’t quite where they needed to be, we didn’t rush or settle. We took our time, held our nerve and yesterday achieved a fantastic offer that my clients are really happy with. 🙌

One of the things I love most about being my own boss is that I don’t have targets dictating my decisions. My focus is simply on my clients, their circumstances and getting the best possible result for them.

And while one home goes SOLD… Victoria Road in Westgate has just launched and is already getting lots of love, with plenty of viewings booked! 🏡
