Hello, I'm Jane....I'm passionate about colourful, bespoke, detailed sewn 'loveliness'. I juggle my busy life as a Wife and Mum of three kiddywinkles (not forgetting two dogs) with my 'proper job' and love of sewing too. Your messages are very important to me and I squeeze in as much admin time into my evenings as I can. Please forgive me if I am a little slower to respond than you'd like me to be

Helloooo! I am here, honest. I'm sorry I haven't posted much recently but my mind has been in a gazillion different places at once. Now that my beloved Bertie is in Year 6, we've had to turn our minds to finding the best possible Secondary School to meet his special needs next year and it has been a tiring and emotional journey. Now that the form is in (!), I'm facing the reality of what little sewing time I'm likely to have left between now and December, whilst all the while continuing to juggle my family and working lives. Thank you, truly, to everyone for being so patient and considerate about my waiting list but sadly I must now **CLOSE** to new orders until 2017. If you are waiting to hear from me then I will be in touch shortly...but in the meantime I'll be sharing a few more recent projects with you to inject a little colour into your Autumn newsfeed. "For my 8th Birthday badge, I'd like a 'really' cute Triceratops please Mummy...."! Well Daisy, your wish is my command. Yes, it's a very big week in the Doo Dahs household, with over 50% of us having a Birthday in the next two days! It all kicks off with my beautiful girls who are 8 years old today and then it's Mr Doo Dahs turn next....but no Birthday badge requests from him....yet!! x
