Site visit at our Borehamwood project 📍

Good to catch up with the team and see the progress being made.

A huge amount of structural work has gone into this one already

First fix electrics are now underway upstairs

A lot of work goes into a project before the finished spaces start to appear, but this is the stage that sets everything up for success.

New Borehamwood project 📍

We’re transforming this house into 2 brand new apartments.

Demolition and strip out is now complete, and steel work is underway ready for the next stage.

The ground floor single bedroom apartment will include a rear extension, while upstairs we’re creating a 3 bedroom duplex apartment with an en suite.

One of the biggest challenges on this project is the foundations. Because of the large oak tree nearby, we’ve had to dig nearly 3 metres deep.

Big project ahead, with a 3 month turnaround for the client.

The kitchen is the standout feature, quartz worktops, strong colour choices, and those bi-folds bringing in loads of natural light to open the whole space up.

We’ve kept everything consistent through into the utility, same units, same finish, with smart space saving details throughout.

Ground floor bathroom added for practicality, and upstairs we’ve reworked the layout to include an extra WC.
