Happy 20th Birthday to my estate agency, named after Clarissa, the original Big Black Hen. Who would have thought when I started this business in March 2005, from a spare bedroom in the middle of Exmoor, that twenty years later it would be going strong in Hertfordshire? I have met so many amazing people over the years, not least of all Bobbie, who has had to suffer me for the last 15 since I moved the business to Herts. So raise a glass of bubbly to Clarissa!
