Once planning is obtained we will manage the onward sale of the land to a developer, ensuring maximum value is obtained. The Building Plot was formed around the business model of increasing property and land values by obtaining planning permission on a risk free basis on behalf of our clients. We take care of all matters relating to your application including detailed architectural drawings, all n

ecessary surveys and specialist reports that are often required to support a planning application. Our fee is only payable once you have received the funds from the sale of your land / property. If you have land that you believe may have development potential, we’d be happy to discuss your aspirations and requirements. We can tailor a solution that works best for you.
