World Mental Health Day.

I took a spoon of my own medine and stayed off social media today to focus on spreading healing to others, and healing myself.

I started the day speaking to some potential Hypnotherapy clients about sessions for stress and anxiety♥️. Then followed up with a local primary school who want me to run a Wellbeing assembly at their school ♥️. Followed by helping a client with some Inner Child work to release a limiting belief he had which was holding him back ♥️. Then checked in with a previous Hypnotherapy client to see how she was getting on.

"I feel at peace, steady and less emotional", was her reply ♥️. God I love what I do!

I spent the rest of the day on me ! Filling up my own tank. I can't show up for others if I don't show up for myself. I've been holding onto a lot of tension and my body is screaming at me.

So! after yesterday's Reiki session with my lovely friend suzie at Suzie K at The Secret Garden, I had a full body massage today with Eleri at Renew Therapies Chester, followed by a nutritious Arbonne protein shake for lunch, then accupuncture and Gua Sha with Kirsten at Heswall Spaces♥️.

It's been a day of healing all around.
