At Hewitt Adams, we’re proud to be a local independent estate agency with a close-knit team, hands-on owners, and a genuine passion for delivering great service.

From our offices in Heswall and Neston, we’ve built a reputation we’re incredibly proud of — including winning Best Estate Agency Office in the UK at the ESTAS awards.

Now, we’re looking for someone new to join the team.

This is a varied role that would suit somebody who enjoys being out and about, meeting people, staying organised, and working in a fast-moving property environment.

The role includes:
• Property inspections
• Inventories & check-outs
• Coordinating move-ins
• Property viewings
• General office/admin support

We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Has previous lettings or property experience
✔️ Is confident, friendly and professional
✔️ Is comfortable working independently
✔️ Has a positive, can-do attitude
✔️ Is confident using technology/iPads/software
✔️ Holds a full UK driving licence and has their own car

What’s on offer:
• £26,000 salary
• Additional commission structure
• £185 PCM expenses contribution
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays
• Immediate/flexible start available
• Fast Tag provided for Liverpool appointments

The role is based from our Neston office, although much of the day will be spent out visiting properties and appointments.

Most importantly, we’re looking for somebody who’ll fit into our team and genuinely cares about doing a great job for clients.
