One of the biggest jobs so far...... removed old decking, lifted old flags, took down old retaining wall, put in foundations, built reinforced block wall with tied in sandstone facing. Took down partition wall, replaced with fence. Reset drains, built steps, flagged patio area using old flags plus a few new ones. Installed new fence.

Dug up old concrete that was already lifting, dampcourse laid, reconcreted, laid tiles, fitted new toilet and sink.

While sitting in the SAME ROOM as my daughter the week before the school holidays - she rang me to ask for some work done to her room. From the cluttered 'before' picture I created a mezzanine in her small bedroom which has given her so much more floor space. Still a few finishing touches to do - TV and shelf to put up on the wall, create a desk and a bookcase under the mezzanine, add LED lights and also source a curtain to hang up across the mezzanine so that all her requirements (demands) will have been met!!!
