The BANK JOB is now completed. The four residential apartments are beautiful and fully let. The ground floor Commercial space has been reborn with the new tenants taking the lease as of last Friday. Once again this grand old building is back in full use!
Really proud of what we have achieved here and are actively looking for our next super project!

2020 has been a difficult year for everyone. What started as an exciting new decade, quickly became a year of lockdowns and restrictions. All of which were totally understandable but the ramifications for businesses have been challenging.
We completed on the purchase of this wonderful old Bank at the end of January, with the plan to change the upper floors to residential and keep the ground floor commercial. Those plans didn't change, although everything has taken longer, and we are very proud to present 4 new two-bedroomed flats to the rental market.
The ground floor is a blank canvas for any business offering 118sqm of space with the option to increase by a further 21sqm. With the announcements that lockdowns are coming to an end, this is a wonderful opportunity for businesses ready to get moving again.

It's been a difficult few weeks since lockdown, to make progress with this project. So many people have been sent home to work, or have been unwell, or have been furloughed. Patience is key, along with understanding.
The transformation of this beautiful building will still take place, creating some great commercial and residential space

Busy day planning - we have the internal measurements of the old bank. Now we plan to convert the top two floors into some fabulous two bed flats. At a recent pin meeting we were reminded that the MOST EXPENSIVE THING YOU CAN CHANGE......... IS YOUR MIND. So time spent now getting the design right before any work is done will be vital to help bring the project in on time and in budget.
