Full rip out (this one was really bad panelling)
All new pipe work
All new wastes under the floor so no ugly boxing
New floorboards throughout bathroom
Levelled joists and Plasterboarded ceiling
Tanking around shower area.
Tiled throughout
New suite fitted with black furniture.
New downlights and fan

10 day turnaround

Extension ive built early this year through some horrendous weather. It's starting to take shape now though, I've fully built it and put the roof on on my own 💪. Next job is the windows and door on the back of the house, then put a few steels in and make it all open plan. A bit of white salt coming out of the brickwork now but that will soon disappear. 🧱
