A 7 min drive from the Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure Park and 35 mins from BeWilderwood the property benefits from excellent road links, A47 (2 Mins) A11 (10 Mins). The Norfolk showground is only a 10 min drive. The market town of Dereham a 7 min drive hosting a variety of supermarkets and amenities including Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi and Lidl. The histotic city of Norwich only a 20 min drive boasting, Norwich castle, a variety of Museums, great shopping, fabulous restaurants and excellent night life.

The house is a beautiful large modern family home. Spacious open-plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. 4 large bedrooms, bedroom one is an en-suite with a king size bed, bedroom 2 has bunk beds with a small double (4ft) on the bottom and a single on top. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and bedroom 4 has single bunk beds. There is an upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room and toilet. We have a landscaped garden with bespoke outdoor seating and fire pit area. The Property benefits from off road parking for up to 4 cars.

Hockering is a lovely quiet village it has a play park and football pitch within walking distance. There is also a village shop, post office, motor garage and The Victoria pub only a 5 minute walk. Hockering is a lovely quiet village just off the A47.

The Village is serviced by the X1 bus that regularly travels between Peterborough and Lowestoft taking in both Dereham and Norwich bus stations on the route.
