Feeling 'scammed' by the management company, RMG. We paid the estate management fees throughout 2024.... Only to be told now in 2026, as others have been, that there's a short fall and we must pay an additional £67.33 for 2024!!!!! Feels like extortion to me!

Taylor Wimpey sold us our house on the promise of a green area opposite. Imagine our surprise four years after reserving, that Bellway have built a large fence around half that green area and intend to build homes opposite us! TAYLOR WIMPEY IS THE MOST DISHONEST AND UNDERHAND COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. A development opposite our home was never discussed and we're furious we're losing the green area behind the fence!!!!

Service charges!!! Three years in and look at our new direct debit schedule from RMG. I've just raised a dispute with them because it appears we're being overcharged by around £150!! No wonder there's a petition going around our estate and our local MP is involved!!! Why do they see fit to charge us a year's worth of service fees in a six month period!?! Shouldn't it be charged monthly, in real-time as the service is being delivered!!!? ...just like our utility bills!!

This is the lid of our brand new wheelie bin mysteriously covered in dirt already. Ever since moving to a Taylor Wimpey estate, our cars have had a similar layer of filth on them, which quickly reappears after washing them.... We assume it's construction dust being carried in the air from phase 2!? 😡

Anybody love grass pollen? This is part of the green area in front of our home left abandoned by TW... A field of solid grass that you can't walk in because it's so thick. The grass is left to grow completely unchecked.. this is not exactly the beautiful area with wild flowers that we were told would be there before purchasing!

This is what we discovered in our toilet soon after completing! A whirlpool bath in our loo!!! Taylor Wimpey blamed it on a brick down the sewer...... (It must have been a brick with magical powers!!!!!)
