Feeling 'scammed' by the management company, RMG. We paid the estate management fees throughout 2024.... Only to be told now in 2026, as others have been, that there's a short fall and we must pay an additional £67.33 for 2024!!!!! Feels like extortion to me!

Taylor Wimpey sold us our house on the promise of a green area opposite. Imagine our surprise four years after reserving, that Bellway have built a large fence around half that green area and intend to build homes opposite us! TAYLOR WIMPEY IS THE MOST DISHONEST AND UNDERHAND COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. A development opposite our home was never discussed and we're furious we're losing the green area behind the fence!!!!
