I was very happy with the service that Riddle & Co. provided - Nick was very quick to respond to all queries, kept me in touch with the process along the way, and offered a very clear report and really useful and detailed follow up call that gave me real confidence in how to proceed with the house purchase. I would highly recommend him.

Nick was very professional and helpful regarding the survey. He explained the process, conducted the survey and fed back to me in a timely manner. The report is detailed and Nick telephoned me to explain the findings and to answer any of my questions regarding the house. I will definitely use him again and also recommend to others

"We were completely happy with the service from Riddle & Co - a useful conversation before the survey, to ensure any concerns were addressed; a very thorough survey by Nick - including going the extra mile up onto the roof because there was scaffolding up next door, so he could! Followed by a really useful discussion which elaborated on all the points covered in the report.
