In the run up to Christmas, we are offering short term lease opportunities for the remainder of 2020 to local businesses who would like to create a pop-up shop for the festive season! Exciting times! Work has begun onsite for the building of phase one of Holton Studios and completion is due for mid February 2019. We only have one unit remaining for phase one so if you’re keen to secure one of our first units, or go onto the waiting list for phase 2, please get in touch. Have a great weekend!

Our studios are incredibly versatile. 50 square metres including kitchenette and WC, each unit also has 2 parking spaces and they can be linked if you need more space!

Our Ethos

Our mission is to bring together like-minded individuals and businesses who want a modern, flexible working space in a community setting with a pleasant rural outlook and excellent accessibility. Construction work will shortly begin on creating these exciting work spaces.

We will provide regular progress updates and if you would like to register your interest, please get in touch!

Holton Studios Space

We're offering bespoke unitised work spaces. Each unit is 50m², but if you need more, the adjoining units can be allocated, creating up to 350m² of open-plan space.

Amenities & Services

In each unit, you'll find a unisex W/C facility with all modern fixtures, a bespoke kitchen including a fridge and stainless steel sink plus power and data points for all your computer systems and ancillary electrical appliances.

DESIGN

We've worked hard alongside the award-winning architectural firm Jonathan Hendry Architects to create something special, using bold material palettes and textures inside and out to make the studios as pleasant to visit as they are to work in.
