S-O-L-D 🚀 full asking price, with others yet to see it. A superbly positioned south facing semi with modern interiors. But the seller - he hated us! 😢 Just kidding, this is his Google review, having tied up his sale at 22:29 ⏰ :

‘’What can i say. James has been an absolute pleasure to work with on the sale of house. Has been very clear from the start about what he offers and the help he gives and has backed it up all the way through. Contactable at anytime and replies have been very quick. Has worked around us for viewings and has even been round for numerous new photos to market the property in the best way possible.
