A client is for life, not just for Christmas! 🎄
When selling a property we often find ourselves on a journey, as the needs of clients change over time…I’ve just concluded one of those journeys (for the time being anyway), with one of the loveliest of families 🚀
Starting back in 2016, we sold their first home…a sweet two bedroom, end of terrace house on Bolsover Road, Hove. Having recently given birth to their first child at the time, it was no surprise they needed more room…pronto! 👶🏼
‘Poets Corner’ was the logical next step, as they wanted to stay in the same area… just bigger! I sourced them the perfect house on Cowper Street, ‘off market’ and they exchanged within a blink of an eye 👊🏼
Over the next 6 years, two more properties within the family needed selling, both of which we successfully sold. (One of them being the Gran’s house, who also lived a few doors up at the same time on Cowper Street…Cute!) 👵🏼
At the beginning of the year they reached out as their family had expanded once again and they needed more space. The brief was parking, off the seafront, a bigger garden and ideally in the same part of town…After a tough negotiation process, they secured a beautiful house with us on New Church Road, which they absolutely love and will be spending their first Christmas in next week🍾🎁
