We are pleased to be closing out 2023, with news of an exciting new site in Lewes. Located on the river opposite the iconic brewery, Cayuga will submit planning in 2024 for a mixture of flats and houses.

Looking forward to working with John Lewis Partnership on this exciting new scheme.

We are very pleased to announce that we’ve won by appeal on our proposed development in Shoreham.

This site will be comprised of 21 houses 24 flats, and has been hard fought by all parties involved. Over the past 3 years we’ve listened to feedback, changed the designs accordingly, then denied approval.

We even won our costs back due to the unreasonable nature of the council decision to refuse.

What a way to end the week, the month, even the year.

Now the rain has stopped it’s great to see the scaffolding starting to come down on our seafront development in . Revealing this detail between the brick and render.

Site meeting with our joint agents and as the show home at our Hove development is now complete and ready for launch in the next couple of weeks.

In our latest investment in the south coast, we're continuing our first stage of regeneration of the Montague Quarter shopping arcade in Worthing by bringing a range of exciting top brands and independent retailers to the fully let centre.

We welcomed to our Montague Quarter this weekend. A local gourmet burger offering from 3 talented guys from Sussex. We were lucky enough to sample the burgers before the launch and you've got to check them out!
