- Regular Firm Tofu: Rated as Level 4 firmness. It has a sturdier structure, making it suitable for stir-frying, stewing, or hot pots as it holds its shape well.

2. Tofu King

- Firm Tofu (North Tofu): Has a tougher texture and lower water content. Best suited for searing, deep-frying, or high-heat stir-frying.

- Medium Firm Tofu: A versatile middle-ground tofu suitable for steaming, frying, boiling, or braising.

- Silken Tofu: The highest water content with a jelly-like consistency. Best for desserts, smooth soups, or delicate steaming.
