Get Up Give Back 2024 Challenge Update Cardio Vs Cancer - £520 raised of my £1500 target - please sponsor us so we can achieve out target for 5 fantastic Cancer Charities

It's been a while since I gave an update and we have 1 week left of our 5 week challenge.

My challenges before 7th June:
🏔Snowdon Climb - Boy was that hard on the knees
😱Cycling 50miles a week for 5 weeks - Hard when I started 4 weeks ago but getting easier with 1 week left - managing 60 miles a week
🚶‍♂️10,000 steps each day for 5 weeks - Killing the steps target an improving my cardio fitness having gone from 4000 steps per challenge to average 12,000 steps during the challenge
