Since our last update, plot 7 has been sold. The front door is in, first-fix electrics and plumbing are complete, and plastering is well underway.

Every detail is being tailored to suit the homeowner’s lifestyle - from adjusting the layout to accommodate existing furniture, to designing the perfect kitchen and outdoor space.

Across every plot, each installation is carefully checked through a full final walkthrough to ensure everything is level, aligned, and fitted to the highest standard. From inspecting sprayed and painted finishes for marks or scratches, to checking fire escape windows are correctly installed upstairs, no detail is overlooked. đź‘€

A lot more goes into a development than what you see on the surface… 🚧🏡

Groundworks at Shepley, Halstead Homes are now nearing completion, with major infrastructure already in place. From water, gas, electric and BT ducting to the septic tank pump system, the essential foundations for the site are all coming together. ⚡💧

Next up: covering the septic tank, installing the new lids, finishing the curbs, and laying the tarmac to bring the roads to life. đź‘€
