This 2 bedroom bungalow was bought with a view to bring this 70's style bungalow into the 21st century. Full renovation was required throughout with a new kitchen and knocking through to create a large kitchen/dining/living area.

The initial plan was to either build another single dwelling in the grounds or a large extension however, planning and covenants meant this was not an option therefore, we decided to create an extra bathroom and utility area using the current footprint of the property.

Have You Seen Our Stonald Refurb Project?

This detached 3 bedroom house had become a wreck due to the wrong type of tenants living in the property. It was used as a cannabis farm and everything had been ripped out and altered. There was no bathroom and all chimney stacks had been smashed to house ducting to let out any 'nasty' smells.

Requiring full renovation, we knocked through the utility area to create a large family kitchen and added an en-suite to one of the bedrooms upstairs as well as reinstating the family bathroom.

The garden also was modernised to make a large south facing garden with a driveway that can easily house 4-5 cars.

This 3 bedroom character property was bought with renovation in mind. The initial plan was to split the title and convert the front part of the house into a 2 bedroom property and the rear part into a 3 bedroom property.

Although planning permission was granted for this, we decided to keep it as one house and create an extra bedroom upstairs keeping the internal garage.

As you can see from the results, this was the right decision as we have created a beautiful executive 4 bedroom style family home with ensuite.

Have you seen our Church Street Refurb?

Recently featured on Homes Under the Hammer, this detached 3 bedroom house had been empty for over 20 years and had become very run down. It had been so neglected that the whole house had become unstable meaning it was not fit (or safe) for human habitation.

We bought this beautiful house back to life by completely renovating throughout (ensuring everything was safe) as well adding a large 2 storey extension to the rear. This extension housed a 30sqm metre kitchen/diner as well as a similar sized bedroom upstairs with large en-suite and built in wardrobes. The old kitchen became a utility room with a separate shower room with WC. Upon entering the property at the front, you are greeted by a large living room leading through to the study and kitchen. Keeping the flooring the same throughout means a seamless flow is created from front to back.

A beautiful glass fronted staircase was added leading to 4 double bedrooms upstairs (one fully en-suited) with a large family bathroom also on the same floor. The spacious garden was cleared and fenced off to create separate garden/parking spaces.

We are truly proud of this refurbishment and subsequent extension and hopefully you'll agree that this is an outstanding property.
