Sold!!! Seeing all the hard work and decisions we made a year ago paying off! This was once the worst house on the street having had malicious damage from previous tenants we purchased this direct from the vendor quite creatively loaning them £13,000 to do so 😦 however all paid off our judge of character was spot on and it was all repaid with interest a few months ago 💥

This has not only made us a nice profit but also made our two investors a nice sum in interest 💰

This has been a great project to work on using our usual trusted team 🥰 we made it into a modern family home and had an offer from the first viewing exceeding the asking price 🤩 and breaking the ceiling price of properties on the street 💥

The sale has been seamless working with the team to get it sold asap.

Now to get the next two over the line

UNDER OFFER!! This project that has taken 5 years to complete! We have learnt so much met some new people along the way!

After saying no more HMOs we’ve just finished thia refurb in a 4 bedroom all en-suite HMO 🤔 In a new area for us where the valuer said there was no demand for this type of accommodation 3 out 4 let straight away 🤔 so again no more HMOs

And that’s a wrap well almost 😅 both are ready to go on the market it’s been a huge project for us this year! Lots of learnings and stressful 😩 but we’ve made it to the end 🙌 Now to have a little rest before next years projects 🥰
