🥾 WHAT AN INCREDIBLE ACHIEVEMENT! ⛰️

We couldn’t be prouder of the team after an incredible day taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in aid of The Principle Trust Children's Charity.

Setting off before 7am, the team tackled 24 miles, three challenging peaks and some truly testing conditions. The weather was particularly tough, especially around Whernside, with torrential downpours, strong winds and slippery conditions.

Despite this, the team showed incredible strength, determination and support for one another, all arriving safely back between 5.10pm and 5.45pm. What an achievement! 👏

A huge thank you to everyone who took part including our friends at iamsold, Kempston-Parkes Chartered Surveyors and Mortgage Advice Bureau - Brook Financial Services, and of course, everyone who has donated so generously. We’re incredibly proud of what they’ve achieved. With fundraising still open, there’s still time to help us raise even more for this wonderful charity.

The team reached their first checkpoint before 11am after 3 hours 45 minutes on the trail!

A quick bite to eat, water bottles refilled and they’re back on their way towards the next checkpoint. 💪

It was a very early start this morning, with the team setting off before 7am to take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge.

They’ll be battling rain and wind as they tackle the 24-mile route, taking in Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough. 🌧️💨

This is a varied role covering the full lettings and property management journey – from market appraisals and new instructions through to tenancy set-up, maintenance, inspections, compliance and ongoing landlord & tenant relationships.
