PROJECT CEDAR — HALFWAY THERE 🌿

We’re officially halfway through Project Cedar and the transformation is really starting to take shape.

The plan? A complete outdoor living space designed for hosting, relaxing and making the most of the garden — with a garden kitchen, sun deck, bespoke pergola and brand-new bifold doors bringing the inside and outside together.

There’s still plenty to do, but the vision is becoming a reality.

We can’t wait to show you the finished result.

Project Cedar | Pending…

Another project underway at APM Construction — and this one is going to be a big transformation.

We’re currently laying the foundations for a complete garden overhaul, with the finished project including:

• Large-format porcelain patio
• Bespoke outdoor kitchen
• Raised sun deck
• New bifold doors
• Landscaping and finishing works
• Creating a seamless connection between the house and garden

A lot of groundwork and preparation goes into getting the foundations right before the finished space starts to take shape.

Big plans, plenty of graft and a seriously good end result to come.

Project Garden Room Complete 🪩✨

Absolutely loved watching this project come to life!

Our client wanted us to design the ground floor around their personal taste, whilst making sure we worked within their budget — and we’re so pleased with how it’s all come together.

Here at APM, we don’t just finish the project and walk away. A couple of weeks after our clients have had time to enjoy the space, we go back through a final snagging checklist together, have a cuppa ☕️ and make sure everything is exactly as it should be.

We can’t wait to share the final results with you… 👀✨

It’s really starting to take shape! 🙌

Doors and windows are now in, the roof is on, and next week it’s time for the plastering and flooring.

From an dated conservatory to a beautiful, usable room, we can’t wait to see this one come together.

Fresh Door Installation ✨
