Open plan living at its finest. My clients making the most of their downstairs living area. Kitchens are fast becoming the hub of any family home, giving a large open space to create memory’s for years to come.
I started this project by making the property open plan. On doing this my clients asked if I would be willing to take on the rest of the renovation to which I agreed.
Management and reliability was a huge part to make sure such a large project ran smoothly (the odd issue due to a certain kitchen company).
The Kitchen was ripped out
70+ms of tiles and adhesive removed
Floor screed to bring floors level throughout
Full rewire of kitchen area including sockets, spotlights and downlights
Radiators added and moved
Plastered in full
Walls painted before install
Kitchen installed with hot tap
Undercounter lighting
Flooring installed with new skirting and architrave to complete the project
Re painted to complete
This project has totally changed the feel of this home 🏡
