Exceptional
Beautiful and very comfortable accomodation in Ingelton.The bed and the sofa were superb. Perfect place to stay if you are doing the 6 waterfall trail. Very well set up and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and a pre dinner drink. Ill book again if I come back to Ingelton

We've just returned from a wonderful 3-night stay at The Nicky Nook in Ingleton. It is perfectly located in the village centre - easily walkable to some good pubs, restaurants, shops, a chippy and a local bakery for morning treats - but very quiet and private. The cottage is cosy, well decorated and very clean with a big bathroom, comfortable bed and a nice kitchen/living room to relax in. The small, secluded garden was great for enjoying morning coffee. We enjoyed the Ingleton Waterfall trail and exploring Hull and Hunt Pots on the longer route up Pen-y-Ghent via Plover Hill. Thank you to Tony and Anna for hosting us and for your great communication.

What an absolute gem! Absolutely stunning property, welcoming and modern and just the right size! I could quite easily live somewhere like The Nicky Nook! It has a very homely feel to it! We felt very comfortable there and to find Def Leppard on vinyl when we got there was an absolute bonus and yes, we had to put it on 😊😁! The shower was amazing after the 4 hour waterfall trail, and the bed, I don’t think I’ve ever slept in a comfier bed! And the sheets and duvet were so soft! I didn’t want to get out the next morning!! Hubby was chuffed to bits that there was stuff for a fire in the garden later on after we’d been out for food, such a lovely, well kept, clean and peaceful little hideaway, we’d definitely go back! Thankyou so much Tony , we had a fab time in your Nicky Nook!!

Tony was a great host – really clear with all the instructions and very proactive in letting us know where to park and exactly how to find the place. The accommodation itself was amazing, spotlessly clean and actually much bigger than the pictures make it look, with everything we needed for our stay. It was the perfect base for us to take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge. Ingleton is a lovely town too, with some great places for dinner, and breakfast at The Gem Café was a particular highlight. Would definitely recommend 5/5
