If not, now's a good time to switch it on and check everything is working, before the cold really sets in.

Try to do it on a weekday if you can. That way, if anything isn't right, our team can arrange a repair during office hours rather than you waiting on a cold weekend.

Report any problems through your Tenant Portal or call us on 01463 251133. For emergencies outside office hours, call the same number and our out-of-hours service will take your call.

Sharing a bin or bike store 🚲

These spaces sit on fire escape routes, so anything left in the way can block a neighbour from getting out. Please keep bikes out of corridors and walkways, and keep floors and doorways clear.

Please don't leave items like furniture, mattresses or bags in the bin store, even for a day or two, as these can be both a fire hazard and attract pests. The Highland Council runs a bulky uplift service if you've something big to shift.

Report it through your Tenant Portal, any time of day. Add a photo so we can see exactly what we're dealing with, and you can follow the job through to the fix in one place.

The more detail you give us, including where it is and how long it's been happening, the faster we can send the right person out.
