People often see the confidence now… but not the 22-year-old girl behind it all.

The one who couldn’t find a clean, safe house share in Ipswich with people her own age… so she created one herself.

I never planned to build a business from it.
I just wanted somewhere that felt like home.

Still slightly in shock that a business built from one shared house, a lot of determination and a genuine passion for better shared living has led us here… ❤️

We are absolutely honoured to be finalists for the Best Co-Living Accommodation Award at the Blue Bricks Property Awards this week in Liverpool 🏆

For us, co-living has never just been about renting rooms. It’s about creating homes where people feel comfortable, safe, supported and genuinely happy living together.

Every property, every process, every tenant conversation and every improvement we make is with that in mind, so to have that recognised nationally honestly means a huge amount.

And yes… I really am travelling from Ipswich to Liverpool for one evening because it means that much 😂🚂

A little bit of honesty from the HMO world today 👀

The market has definitely shifted over the last 12 months and I think it’s been a real shock for some landlords. Rooms that may have flown out at £795 before are now sometimes struggling at £725 — and that’s the reality of the market we’re working in right now.

But sitting back and hoping rooms fill themselves just isn’t enough anymore.

We’re constantly adapting how we market our rooms, where we advertise, how quickly we respond to enquiries and even how we match the right people into the right house shares.

The good news? We absolutely love this side of the job. Strategy, creativity, people and problem solving is where great property management really comes into its own 🙌

But that is a sentiment that is more powerful than people might think.

People often start their search focused on rent, bills and location… but once they settle in, the atmosphere and community side of co-living can become just as important ❤️
