🏡 Land off Clapton Hall Lane, Great Dunmow
We’re thrilled to announce that our unallocated site at Clapton Hall Lane, Great Dunmow - which had no previous outline approval - has had its Full Planning Permission Granted!
This marks the culmination of a four-year journey involving multiple planning officers, two pre-apps, and several rounds of design revisions. It’s been a complex process, but the result is a scheme we’re truly proud of.
The project will deliver 22 new homes, including 9 affordable units, making a meaningful contribution to the district’s housing supply. The scheme features entirely bespoke homes, generous public open space, shared surfaces, and a sustainable drainage system to create a high-quality, well-considered development.
