Striped back to its shell and started again. Location change for toilet and sinks. Bath out and large walk in shower in. Plastered ceiling and new electrics for spot lights and mirrors. 👌💪

Hopefully you have noticed the new and improved company name. Time for a change. L J property services has grown steadily for us and its time to push it forward. I’ve got a great team behind me now. Reliable trades as in plastering and electric. Got extra help of a second tiler. This are looking good.

Merry Christmas to all my customers. Thank you for what I can only say has been a challenging year. So nice to be busy right up to Christmas. Here is the last job of the year. A full strip back to the bones and reposition. Yet another bath bites the dust and is replaced with a full size tray. Lovely Aqualisa pumped shower with additional power button. Roper Rhodes fitted furniture with solid surface worktop. Massive thank you Steve Foxwood Ceramics for all his help.

Finished this en-suite today. Sorry no before pictures. Took this back to a shell as plasterboard damaged around shower.
Really like the look of this room.
Roper Rhodes units and solid surface work tops cut on site. Tiles from Total Tiles with great tiling products from CTD Tiles. All items supplied locally from stowmarket kitchen and bathroom centre. So nice to install great quality products.
