Epsilon House Business Centre opened in August 2008 and was originally half the size that it is today. Following its success, the decision was made to link with Omega House next door to create a landmark business centre on a scale not yet seen in Ipswich. The new building opened at the start of 2012 and is now home to over 40 businesses, ranging in size from sole proprietor companies to those with over thirty members of staff. We can cater for almost any type of business either within our Centre or out on the Masterlord Office Village. We recognise the current business environment and the changing markets and our flexible terms reflect this. We take a personal approach to your business and offer a wide range of services to suit. Our light and airy offices provide the perfect working environment and our professional Reception and telephone answering service gives your clients an excellent first impression. We understand that running your business can be stressful enough so that's why are professional staff are here to handle your calls, meet and greet your clients and to deal with day to day tasks which gives you time to focus on what's important. We have the highest customer service standards and regularly complete tenant feedback survey forms in order to make sure our clients are happy. As a small team, we are able to respond quickly to any problems which may arise and resolve these in a timely fashion.
