I have a first time buyer looking for a 2 to 3 bed in Mistley, Manningtree or Lawford, up to £350,000.

Nothing to sell, no chain, so they can move at whatever pace suits you.

Worth saying why I am posting rather than waiting. We recently took on a house on Propino Way that had been on the market six weeks with another agent and had not had a single viewing. We sold it two weeks into our marketing. Two other buyers missed out on that one, and they are still looking.

So if you are in Mistley, Manningtree or Lawford and have been thinking about selling, message me. If your house fits, I will bring them round. If it doesn’t, no harm done.
