A Spectacular Place to Call Home.

This week marks a very significant milestone for our waterfront development. A project that began over 5 years ago thanks to two visionaries, John Howard and Jeremy Scowsill of Ipswich Wharf Developments who have changed the skyline of the Ipswich marina forever by transforming the original concrete structure, that once stood disrobed for so long, into an iconic collection of buildings to form the four quarters of The Winerack development.

With the completion of sale on the last remaining apartment taking place this week, the final chapter in one of the biggest and most prestigious developments on the Ipswich marina has come to an end, and we are thrilled to say that all 150 apartments have been bought by a wonderful community of Winerack residents.

Sailing on the Orwell is the perfect way to explore Suffolk. There are also plenty of riverbank walks with excellent pubs along the way like the at Pin Mill where Arthur Ransome wrote ‘We didn’t Mean to go to Sea’ from the Swallows and Amazons series of stories.

The Winerack is the perfect place to end a journey or start an adventure.
