After 12 months of planning, contracting, redeveloping, and relentless work behind the scenes, we’re incredibly proud to share that we are now very close to delivering the Glan neigr Hotel — a beautifully redeveloped 16-room boutique hotel opening in the New Year.

This project has been a true journey.
From the early design and planning stages, through months of plumbing, construction, legal work, negotiations, and development challenges — every step has been driven by commitment, teamwork, and a clear vision.

Most importantly, this has been a journey for our investors.
Together, we brought the opportunity to the table, created the structure, and built a hotel investment model that works. A model designed to grow, create value, and deliver a strong boutique hospitality product for years to come.

We are now pleased to announce that the glan Neigr is entering the final phase — and will be delivered very shortly.
